Owners to Provide. 6. Owners undertake to provide and to pay for all provisions, wages (including but not limited to all overtime payments), and shipping and discharging fees and all other expenses of the master, officers And crew; also, except as provided in Clauses 4 and 34 hereof, for all insurance on the vessel, for all Deck, cabin and engine-room stores, and for water (limited to crew only); for all drydocking, overhaul, maintenance and repairs to the vessel. Owners’ obligations under this Clause 6 extend to all liabilities for customs or import duties arising at any time during the performance of this charter in relation to the personal effects of the master, officers and crew, and in relation to the stores, provisions and other matters aforesaid which Owners are to provide and pay for and Owners shall refund to Charterers any sums Charterers or their agents may have paid or been compelled to pay in respect of any such liability. Any amounts allowable in general average for wages and provisions and stores shall be credited to Charterers insofar as such amounts are in respect of a Period when the vessel is on-hire.

Owners undertake to provide and to pay for all provisions, lube oils, wages, (including but not limited to all overtime payments), shipping and discharging fees and all other expenses of the master, officers and crew; also, except as provided in clauses 4 and 34 hereof, for insurance on the vessel (except all additional premium), for all deck, cabin and engine- room stores, and water, except water for the tank cleaning and boilers which is supplies and paid for by charterers; for all dry-docking, overhaul, maintenance and repairs to the vessel; and for all fumigation expenses and de-rat certificates. Owners' obligations under this clause 6 extend to all liabilities for customs or import duties arising at any time during the performance of this charter in relation to the personal effects of the master, officers and crew, and in relation to the stores, provisions and other matters aforesaid which owners are to provide and pay for and owners shall refund to charterers any sums charterers or their agents may have paid or been compelled to pay in respect of any such liability. any amounts allowable in general average for wages and provisions and stores shall be credited to charterers insofar as such amounts are in respect of a period when the vessel is on-hire.
Owners to Provide. 3.1 In consideration of the payment by Company of the Charter Fees in accordance with Clause 9 of this Agreement, Owners shall provide (except as otherwise specified) the following services, spares, replacement parts (excluding same for seismic equipment but including the seismic compressor sets) and other items referred to herein entirely at the cost of Owners without any right of reimbursement from Company. For the avoidance of doubt Owners shall not be responsible for the provision of filters, oil or other consumeables for the seismic compressor sets.
Owners to Provide. The Owners shall provide any pay for the insurance of the Vessel, except as otherwise provided, and for al provisions, cabin, deck, engine-room and other necessary stores, including boiler water; shall pay for wages, consular shipping and discharging fees of the crew and charges for port services pertaining to the crew; shall maintain the vessel's class and keep her in a thoroughly efficient state in hull, machinery and equipment for and during the service, and have a full complement of officers and crew. Owners guarantee the Vessel is fully covered by P&I Club, Charterers have the benefit of Owners’ P&I Club as far as its rules permit.
Owners to Provide. (a) The Owners shall provide and pay for all provisions, wages and all other expenses of the Master, Officers and Crew; all maintenance and repair of the Vessel's hull, machinery and equipment as specified in ANNEX "A"; also, except as otherwise provided in this Charter Party, for all insurance on the Vessel, all dues and charges directly related to the Vessel's flag and/or registration, all deck, cabin and engineroom stores, cordage required for ordinary ship's purposes mooring alongside in harbour, and all fumigation expenses and de-ratisation certificates. The Owners' obligations under this Clause extend to cover all liabilities for consular charges appertaining to the Master, Officers and Crew, customs or import duties arising at any time during the performance of this Charter Party in relation to the personal effects of the Master, Officers and Crew, and in relation to the stores, provisions and other matters as aforesaid which the Owners are to provide and/or pay for and the Owners shall refund to the Charterers any sums they or their agents may have paid or been compelled to pay in respect of such liability.
Owners to Provide. 77 The Owners shall provide and pay for the insurance of the Vessel, except as otherwise provided, and for 78 all provisions, cabin, deck, engine-room and other necessary stores, including boiler water; shall pay for 79 wages, consular shipping and discharging fees of the crew and charges for port services pertaining to the 80 crew; shall maintain the Vessel's class and keep her in a thoroughly efficient state in hull, machinery and 81 equipment for and during the service, and have a full complement of officers and crew. 82
