Common use of Owner's Protective Liability Clause in Contracts

Owner's Protective Liability. The Contractor shall take out and maintain a policy of Owner's Protective Liability for the same limits of liability for bodily injury and property damage liability and conditions as provided hereinabove under "Comprehensive General Liability Insurance". The cost of this coverage is at the Contractor's expense.
