Owner's Protective Liability. The District shall take out, pay for, and deliver to the City, and maintain during the life of this Agreement, Owners' Protective Liability insurance naming the City of Overland Park as the insured in amounts as specified hereinafter for General Liability.
Owner's Protective Liability. Where applicable, the LESSOR shall at his expense provide Owners Protect Liability policies issued in the name of the OWNER covering its liability for operation of the LESSOR. The policy limits shall be no less than $1,000,000 combined single limit Bodily Injury and Property Damage per occurrence.

Owner's Protective Liability. The City’s Management may, in its discretion, require Owner’s Protective Liability in some situations.
Owner's Protective Liability. The Contractor shall take out, pay for and deliver to the City, an Owner’s Protective Liability insurance policy written on an occurrence basis and naming the City as named insured. The policy shall be maintained during the life of this Contract. Limits of protection shall be at least $1,000,000 Combined Single Limits, Bodily Injury and Property Damage, and shall contain no exclusion relative to any function performed by the City or its employees and agents in connection with the Project.
Owner's Protective Liability. Insurance-issued in the name of Miami-Dade County as sole insured, in an amount as indicated in (B) above. This policy must be endorsed to indicate that any premium whether deposit or final, shall be the sole obligation of the Artist and/or its Contractor. All insurance policies required above shall be issued by companies authorized to do business under the laws of the State of Florida, with the following qualifications: The company must be rated no less than “B” as to management, and no less than “Class V” as to financial strength, by the latest edition of Best’s Insurance Guide, published by A.M. Best Company, Oldwick, New Jersey, or its equivalent, subject to the approval of the County Risk Management Division. or The company must hold a valid Florida Certificate of Authority as shown in the latest “List of All Insurance Companies Authorized or Approved to Do Business in Florida” issued by the State of Florida Department of Insurance and are members of the Florida Guaranty Fund. Certificates will indicate that no modification or change in insurance shall be made without thirty (30) days written advance notice to the Certificate Holder.
Owner's Protective Liability. The CONTRACTOR shall provide in the name of the VILLAGE a policy with limits of $3,000,000.00 each person and $5,000,000.00 each accident property damage covering the operations of the CONTRACTOR other than automobiles and the premium for this policy shall be paid by the CONTRACTOR. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish the original of the Owner's Protective Liability policy to the VILLAGE and also file with the VILLAGE, a Certificate of Insurance for policies written in the CONTRACTORS name. This certificate shall contain an endorsement requiring that the VILLAGE shall be furnished with ten (10) days notice by registered mail prior to cancellation or any material change in policies.
Owner's Protective Liability. The Contractor shall take out and maintain a policy of Owner's Protective Liability for the same limits of liability for bodily injury and property damage liability and conditions as provided hereinabove under "Comprehensive General Liability Insurance". The cost of this coverage is at the Contractor's expense.
