Owner's Protective Liability. The CONTRACTOR shall provide in the name of the VILLAGE a policy with limits of $3,000,000.00 each person and $5,000,000.00 each accident property damage covering the operations of the CONTRACTOR other than automobiles and the premium for this policy shall be paid by the CONTRACTOR. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish the original of the Owner's Protective Liability policy to the VILLAGE and also file with the VILLAGE, a Certificate of Insurance for policies written in the CONTRACTORS name. This certificate shall contain an endorsement requiring that the VILLAGE shall be furnished with ten (10) days notice by registered mail prior to cancellation or any material change in policies.
