Owners’ Committee. 46. As soon as practicable but not later than nine (9) months from the date of this Deed, the Manager shall convene a meeting of the Owners to establish an Owners’ Committee and appoint a chairman thereof or to appoint a management committee for the purpose of forming an Owners’ Corporation under the Building Management Ordinance (Cap.344). The Owners’ Committee shall consist of not fewer than three (3) members and not more than five (5) members, or such number of members as the Owners may decide from time to time by resolution at a meeting of the Owners, provided that:-
Owners’ Committee. 7.1 The Manager shall call the first meeting of the Owners as soon as possible, but in any event not later than 9 months after the date of this Deed (and to call further and subsequent meetings if required), which meeting must establish an Owners’ Committee and appoint a chairman thereof or must appoint a management committee for the purpose of forming an Owners’ Corporation under the Building Management Ordinance.
Owners’ Committee. (4:01) As soon as practicable and in any event not later than nine calendar months from the date of this Deed, the Manager shall convene the first general meeting of all Owners (and to call further and subsequent meetings if required) for the purpose of electing the members and the chairman of the Owners’ Committee or appointing a management committee for the purpose of forming the Owners’ Corporation under the Building Management Ordinance (Cap.344). The functions of the Owners’ Committee shall include but not limited to the following :-

(a) As a means of securing effective cooperation, interchange of information and management of the property owned as tenants in common, on a prompt and orderly basis in connection with various administrative and technical problems which may arise from time to time under the terms and conditions of the Project Agreements, the Owners hereby establish an Owner's Committee.

Owners’ Committee. The Owners, acting through the Owners Committee, shall be responsible for the general management of the Plant's operations and facilities, including supervision and control of the Operator's performance of those responsibilities delegated to the Operator under this Agreement. The Owners Committee also shall have the responsibility of supervising and controlling the activities of any committee appointed pursuant to Section 3.7.
