Owners' And Developer's Covenants. 4.1 The Owners hereby covenant and agree that the Kingfield Road Development and the ▇▇▇▇▇ Road Development shall not be Commenced unless and until the Developer has acquired the long leasehold interest in the Kingfield Road Site and the ▇▇▇▇▇ Road Site pursuant to the Agreement for Lease and the Developer has delivered to the Council the Confirmatory Deed. 4.2 The Developer covenants with the Council in the terms set out in Schedules 1 to 3 which shall have effect upon the Commencement of the Kingfield Road Development. 4.3 The Developer covenants with the Council in the terms set out in Schedule 4 which shall have effect upon the Commencement of the ▇▇▇▇▇ Road Development. 4.4 The Developer covenants that it will enter into and deliver to the Council the Confirmatory Deed prior to the Commencement of the Kingfield Road Development and the ▇▇▇▇▇ Road Development.
