Owner-Requested Changes. If the Owner requests changes in the Contract Documents that would materially affect the completion of the Work by lengthening the critical path of the Overall Project Schedule, the Design Professional shall determine the appropriate number of days and thereby extend the Material Completion and Occupancy Date. The CM/GC expressly agrees that the CM/GC’s sole monetary remedy for such extensions of Contract Time shall remain limited by the maximum amount for Time Dependent Overhead Costs (as amended) in the Contract.
