Owner as Additional Insured. All insurance coverages shall be endorsed to include Owner as an additional named insured for Work performed in accordance with the Contract Documents, and all insurance certificates shall evidence Owner as an additional insured.

Owner as Additional Insured. The City will provide the Owner a certificate of insurance from Fireworks Productions of Arizona, Ltd. naming Owner as an additional insured as attached hereto as “Exhibit B” and shall have a General Liability Limit no less than $10,000,000. The City also agrees to cause its insurance carrier to name Owner as an additional insured on the general liability policy of the City and provide a certificate of named insured evidencing such action. Said Certificate of Insurance shall be substantially similar to that Certificate of Insurance attached hereto as “Exhibit B” and shall have a General Liability Limit no less than $6,000,000.
