Overture Results definition

Overture Results means the search results provided by Overture in response to a Yahoo Search Query under this Agreement, which search results (a) include only those search results provided by Advertisers; (b) do not include search results that are not capable of generating Gross Revenue (e.g., search results included as a bonus or a charitable donation); and (c) contain a title and description for display by Yahoo according to Section 4.3(a) below.
Overture Results means those results delivered by Overture in response to a search query (either through an Internet search box or a click on a HotSpot (“HotSpots” means words and/or phrases provided by Overture for use on a specific web page that are hyperlinked to Overture Results)) conducted on [ * ] Web site by a human end user (as opposed to ‘bots, metaspiders, macro programs, Internet agents or any other automated means) (“Search Queries”). [ * ] agrees to implement the Overture Results that are displayed on [ * ] Web site in accordance with Overture’s specifications for the format, presentation, display and placement, as provided by Overture from time to time and otherwise in accordance with [ * ] agreement with Walnut. The Overture Results displayed by [ * ] shall be the first search results on the page, have the same look and feel as all other displayed search results, include the URL, full title and description, and shall have consistent characteristics, including left and right margins, text size, color, font, heading, shading/background, spacing, blank areas, length, existence of URL, and all other aspects of “look and feel.” [ * ]. At a minimum, [ * ] complete Overture Results must appear Above the Fold. The number of Overture Results for each query will be determined by Overture and [ * ] agrees to display all Overture Results together without any other content of any kind between such Overture Results. [ * ] agrees not to modify any aspect of the Overture Results (including the data contained therein), and agrees to ensure that the Overture Results appear in the order provided by Overture.

Examples of Overture Results in a sentence

  • Yahoo shall not cache or store any Overture Results or any other Licensed Material.

  • After receiving a Yahoo Search Query from Yahoo, Overture will deliver to Yahoo, according to the Service Level Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit A, either Overture Results or a response that no results are being delivered for that Yahoo Search Query.

  • Yahoo will not modify [*] of the Overture Results, except that Yahoo will truncate the description as described in the foregoing sentence.

  • If Yahoo elects to display a Yahoo Result in the Top Link Section in response to a particular Yahoo Search Query, then the Required Number of Overture Results in the Featured Top Section for the particular Yahoo Search Query will be reduced to two.

  • In addition, with respect to the Yahoo Results and Exclusive Results, Yahoo will provide Overture with a Yahoo Search Query Report that sets forth in reasonable detail monthly Impressions for the Yahoo Results and Exclusive Results in the aggregate and the aggregate information and data that falls within the same categories as those listed in Exhibit F for which Overture must provide information and data about the Overture Results (e.g., total clicks, average cost per click and average click-through rate).

  • Except as set forth herein, the Overture Results will be the only Restricted Search Results displayed by Yahoo within [*] during the Term.

  • The only content in the Featured Sections shall be the Overture Results and the Yahoo Results, as provided for in this Agreement.

  • Yahoo will display the Overture Results in the order provided by Overture.

  • Overture will be entitled to redirect URLs embedded within the Overture Results in the process of transferring a user to the Advertiser site promoted within the applicable Overture Result, so that Overture is able to record Actual Clicks.

  • All of the Search Result Characteristics of the Overture Results and the Yahoo Results in the Featured Sections, as well as the Exclusive Result, shall be identical.

Related to Overture Results

  • Project Results means all data and results of the Project.

  • Research Results means any technical result acquired based on the Collaborative Research, including, but not limited to, any invention, idea, design, copyrightable work and know-how which relates to the purpose of the Collaborative Research.

  • SAP Materials means any software, programs, tools, systems, data, or other materials made available by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) prior to or in the course of the performance under any part of this Agreement including, but not limited to, the other SAP Products.

  • Publisher means any person or entity that distributes copies of the Document to the public.

  • UDC means chs. Comm 20 to 25, the Wisconsin uni- form dwelling code.

  • Results means any information, documentation, designs, technical drawings, software (system and application software), algorithms, elaborated design data, technical or industrial data, tools, knowledge, know-how, trade secrets, equipment and services process, methodology, and any intellectual property therein, regardless of their support and whether or notprotected byan intellectual property right, developed, created or acquired by one Party during the execution of the Contract. The Results shall become the exclusive property of Purchaser as and when they are created or developed.

  • Peer-reviewed medical literature means a scientific study published only after having been critically

  • SAP Technology Solution(s means SAP NetWeaver Foundation for Third Party Applications, SAP Business Technology Platform (excluding when used solely as a Connectivity App between an SAP Application and ERP), SAP Signavio Solutions and SAP Process Insights (including any renamed, prior and/or successor versions of any of the foregoing made generally available by SAP if any but excluding when any of the foregoing are used as a User Interface for ERP.

  • Licensed Information means any information concerning the Licensed Program, which is owned by the Licensor and is licensed to the Licensee together with the Licensed Program. Licensed Information includes such information as input form, user manual, interface format and input/output format and is delivered to and used by the Licensee as confidential information or proprietary property of the Licensor.

  • Course Materials means lectures, exercises designed for online collaboration, multimedia developed for Web distribution, notes, outlines, syllabi, bibliographies, tests, instructional handouts, videotaped presentations and any like materials and documents (whether in electronic or other medium) that a member of the bargaining unit authors or creates in connection with the preparation or teaching of a course at a University.

  • Your Data means all electronic data or information submitted by You to the Purchased Services.

  • Publishing Party has the meaning set forth in Section 12.5.3.

  • fingerprint data means the data relating to the four fingerprints of the index, middle finger, ring finger and little finger from the right hand where present, and otherwise from the left hand;

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. Cloud Materials do not include any Customer Data, Provider Confidential Information, or the SAP Cloud Service.

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Licensed Data means the data licensed by the LME to the Licensee set out in the Order Form and further defined in Schedule 1 (Licensed Data);

  • Product Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.12(a).

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Disclosing Party means the Party disclosing Confidential Information to the Receiving Party.

  • Images means all types of visual content, including without limitation still photography, motion film or video and may include audio elements, whether generated optically, electronically, digitally or by any other means, and shall include all metadata, keywords, descriptions and captions associated therewith. Any reference to Images includes the whole or the part.

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • Study Materials means all the materials and information created for the Study, or required to be submitted to the Sponsor including all data, results, Biological Samples, Case Report Forms (or their equivalent) in whatever form held, conclusions, discoveries, inventions, know-how and the like, whether patentable or not, relating to the Study, which are discovered or developed as a result of the Study, but excluding the Institution’s ordinary patient records.

  • Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate materials or equipment for some portion of the Work.

  • Subject Data As used in this section, “subject data” means recorded information, whether or not copyrighted, that is delivered or specified to be delivered as required by the Underlying Agreement. Examples of subject data include, but are not limited to computer software, standards, specifications, engineering drawings and associated lists, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, catalog item identifications, and related information, but do not include financial reports, cost analyses, or other similar information used for performance or administration of the Underlying Agreement.

  • Pfizer shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble.
