Overtime Scheduling. It is the intent of the Company to distribute overtime as equally 26 as reasonably practicable in light of the work to be performed by shift, classification, and skill. Both the 27 Union and the Company recognize that the employees who are assigned the work must be qualified to 28 perform the specific work. The Company will strive to meet its overtime requirements on a voluntary 29 basis when practical.
