Common use of Overtime Premiums Clause in Contracts

Overtime Premiums. All time worked before or after the regularly established working day shall be considered overtime and be paid for at one hundred and fifty (150%) percent of the employee's pro- rated hourly rate for the first two (2) hours and double the employee's regular hourly rate for each hour worked thereafter.

Overtime Premiums. All time worked before or after the regularly established working day or in excess of seven (7) hours per day, Monday to Friday shall be considered overtime and paid for at one and one-half (1½) times the employee’s straight time rate. All overtime in excess of three (3) consecutive hours to be paid for at one hundred and fifty (150%) percent of the employee's pro- rated hourly rate for the first two (2) hours and double times the employee's regular hourly rate for each hour worked thereafter’s straight time rate.
