Overtime Meal Breaks. A. In addition to regular scheduled breaks, employees will be provided a one–half (½) hour unpaid meal break after eleven (11) continuous hours of work.
Overtime Meal Breaks. An employee required to work overtime for more than two (2) hours after or before the employees ordinary ceasing or starting time shall be allowed a paid meal break of twenty (20) minutes at single time. A further twenty (20) minutes meal break at single time shall be taken if the employee works more than six hours over-time. The Company may require an employee to work during meal breaks to monitor the process in the employees control in which case the employee shall be paid at the rate of time and one half for the period of the break.

An employee called out to work overtime shall be eligible for one-half (½) hour meal break without loss of pay after four (4) consecutive hours of overtime work, provided that overtime work is to continue and at intervals of four (4) consecutive hours following the completion of the previous meal break, provided that overtime is to continue.
Overtime Meal Breaks. 26.6.1 No Employee shall be required to work for more than four (4) hours overtime continuously without a twenty (20) minute paid meal break on a weekend or public holiday.

An employee working overtime on a non-continuous shift operation shall take an eighteen (18) minute paid meal break at the end of regular shift when the overtime period immediately follows the employee’s regular scheduled hours of work provided that the overtime period is to exceed one (1) hour in duration. An employee working overtime on a Saturday, Sunday or on a regularly scheduled day off, shall take an eighteen (18) minute paid meal break after each five (5) hour overtime period or may schedule, with the permission of the supervisor, the meal break at the midpoint of the overtime period provided that the overtime period does not exceed ten

Overtime Meal Breaks. An employee who works ten (10) consecutive hours or more will be entitled to a twenty-minute (20) paid meal period. The employee will be entitled to a meal allowance of $15.00 (fifteen dollars) if he/she is requested, while at work, to work overtime for two (2) hours or more. Non-rotating day shift workers shall receive a thirty-minute (30) paid lunch when working an additional shift of eight (8) hours.
Overtime Meal Breaks. 27.1 An employee that is required to work a period of overtime that is more than one and a half hours after the ordinary finishing time of the shift shall be entitled to a meal break of twenty minutes. If an employee works through the break then they must note their payroll book accordingly.
Overtime Meal Breaks. When an employee is required to work overtime after the usual ceasing time of the day or shift for two hours or more, the employee shall be allowed to take, without deduction of pay, a crib time of 20 minutes in duration immediately after such ceasing time and thereafter, after each four hours of continuous work, (also without deduction of pay), a crib time of 30 minutes in duration. In the event of an employee remaining at work after the usual ceasing time without taking the crib time of 20 minutes and continuing at work for a period of two hours or more, the employee shall be regarded as having worked 20 minutes more than the time worked and be paid accordingly. This payment shall be regarded as having worked at ordinary time.
