Overtime Meal Breaks. An employee required to work overtime for more than two (2) hours after or before the employees ordinary ceasing or starting time shall be allowed a paid meal break of twenty (20) minutes at single time. A further twenty (20) minutes meal break at single time shall be taken if the employee works more than six hours over-time. The Company may require an employee to work during meal breaks to monitor the process in the employees control in which case the employee shall be paid at the rate of time and one half for the period of the break.

Overtime Meal Breaks. An employee who works ten (10) consecutive hours or more will be entitled to a twenty-minute (20) paid meal period. The employee will be entitled to a meal allowance of $15.00 (fifteen dollars) if he/she is requested, while at work, to work overtime for two (2) hours or more. Non-rotating day shift workers shall receive a thirty-minute (30) paid lunch when working an additional shift of eight (8) hours.
