Overtime Definitions. ‌ Overtime work shall be compensated at the following rates: (a) time and one-half for the first two hours of overtime on a regularly scheduled workday seven and one-half hours; (b) double-time for each hour worked in excess of those in (a) above; (c) time and one-half for all hours worked between 37½ and 45 hours in a week, excluding from calculations, hours for which overtime is paid pursuant to (a) and (b) above; (d) double-time for all hours worked in excess of 45 hours in a week, excluding from calculations, hours for which overtime is paid pursuant to (a) and (b) above.
