OVERTIME CONTINUES. When an employee is required to work overtime beyond their regular shift they shall be entitled to eight (8) clear hours between the end of the overtime worked and the start of their next regular shift. If eight (8) clear hours are not provided, overtime rates shall apply to all hours worked on the regular shift.
