OVERTIME ASSIGNMENT BASED ON SENIORITY. When the use of overtime is necessary for non-critical work, such work will be offered on a seniority basis. If no employees accept the overtime, it will be assigned to the least senior employee. However, the Union recognized the Districts right to require overtime or the completion of work in progress by the employee performing the work at the time the determination was made that overtime was necessary.
