Overtime and Standby. Lunch Period The regular lunch period shall be one-half hour normally between noon and unless otherwise stipulated through an informal arrangement between the concerned. Meal Allowance Should an employee be required to work overtime beyond one (1) hour after an eight ( 8 ) hour tour of duty when no prior notice has been given, and for each consecutive four (4) hours worked that tour of duty, a hot meal and time to eat will be provided.

  • Term and Time of Performance The effective date of this Agreement shall begin November 1, 2020 and will continue through June 30, 2025, subject to appropriation of funds, notwithstanding any other provision in this agreement.

  • Overtime Meals When an employee is required to work more than two (2) hours beyond his regular work day, the Company will provide a hot meal at no cost to the employee, up to a maximum of sixteen dollars ($16.00) (receipts to be submitted) plus a paid meal period of one-half (1/2) hour at the prevailing rate, and thereafter at four (4) hour intervals. Any unscheduled early morning start before regular starting time entitles the employee to a paid meal. The breakfast limit is thirteen dollars ($13.00). An employee called out on overtime shall be paid for a meal as above after four (4) hours work.
