In drafting the Investment Guidelines to permit the Local Manager to invest in overseas markets the Investment Adviser should make itself fully aware of the risks and protections (if any) which will operate in any relevant overseas markets. The potential for profit or loss from transactions on overseas markets or in contracts denominated other than in a Portfolio’s base currency will be affected by fluctuations in overseas exchange rates against the Fund’s base currency.
