Overnight Parking Sample Clauses

Overnight Parking. Members acknowledge they are prohibited from parking between the period of thirty (30) minutes prior to sunset and thirty (30) minutes after sunrise on any Street, bar-ditch, swale, or shoulder of the Association.

The Landlord, at its sole discretion, may assess a $500.00 charge for each violation of this Section 54.
Overnight Parking. There shall be no overnight parking permitted in the Parking Area, excepting for the following: four (4) MJV tenants that reside on Goat Island will be permitted to park their vehicles overnight. MJV will provide information to Marker 116 sufficient to identify the vehicles belonging to the four MJV tenants. Overnight Parking. Effective January 1, 2007, parking valets will receive $1.00 per car per day for every car that valet parks overnight. Effective January 1, 2008, parking valets will receive $1.50 per car per day for every car that valet parks overnight. Effective January 1, 2009, Barking valets will receive $2.00 per car per day for every car that valet parks overnight.
