Overloads are voluntary assignments of a Regular, Contract, or Temporary Leave Replacement (TLR) unit member to additional instructional, counseling, librarianship, or other unit member duties beyond those required of a Full-time Academic Load. During a contractually authorized semester for Instructional Faculty unit members, overload refers to units exceeding fifteen (15) Calculated A Hours (CAHs) and/or their equivalent assignment.
