Overdue Rate. If all or a portion of the Investor Yield, the Investor Contribution or any other amount owed to the Investor shall not be paid when due, such overdue amount shall bear interest, payable on demand, at a rate per annum equal to the applicable Overdue Rate, from the date of such non-payment until such amount is paid in full (as well after as before judgment).
