Common use of Overall Policy Clause in Contracts

Overall Policy. Unless otherwise approved, the Company will only extend credit as part of conducting normal business operations. Credit will be provided based on an assessment of an individual customer’s (or other third party’s) ability to pay within terms common (competitive) to the business market segment. Each business will manage its credit risk by (a) assessing the risk exposure of its credit portfolio and (b) assessing activities to realize prompt payment collection.
