Overages. If your actual usage of the Cloud Service in any quarter (based on a calendar year beginning January 1) exceeds three (3) times the entitlement stated in the Order Document, then you will be invoiced for the overage, as specified in the Order Document. If you are provisioned within a given quarter, overage will be prorated accordingly.
