Common use of Over-Ranged Employees Clause in Contracts

Over-Ranged Employees. The parties agree that effective December 1, 2002 all employees over-ranged as of that date will continue to receive negotiated increases. Anyone made over-ranged after that date will be red-circled and will receive no further economic adjustments until the maximum salary for their current position classification meets or exceeds their regular rate of pay.
