Outstanding Teaching. Evidence of teaching effectiveness far exceeds the Normal standard. For example, a faculty member’s teaching may be considered Outstanding if one receives a teaching/advising award, chairs numerous graduate thesis or professional paper committees, or receives uniformly excellent student evaluations.
