OUTSIDE DETAILS. Section 1 For work assigned through the Fire & Rescue Department, but not paid for out of City budge!. Officers shall be compensated at their applicable overtime rate, and for a minimum of three (3) hours. All members of the bargaining unit shall be eligible for all such details. Section 2 The City agrees to cooperate in the assignment of outside work details for other communities in the mutual aid district provided such assignments do not negatively impact departmental operations or cause the City to incur any un-reimbursed costs or liability.
