The Design-Builder shall keep the Department informed of the construction activities and their potential impact on the community and shall develop a community outreach plan (the “Outreach Plan”). The Design-Builder shall submit the Outreach Plan to the Department prior to its implementation which shall be subject to the Department’s review and approval.
