Common use of Outlets Clause in Contracts

Outlets. Discharges from land development activities must have a stable outlet capable of carrying the designed flow as required in Subparagraph 4, at a non-erosive velocity. Outlet design must consider flow capacity and flow duration. This requirement applies to both the site outlet and the ultimate outlet to a stormwater conveyance or water body.
