Participation in any such activity requires accepting risk of accidental injury or harm. While in most cases these will be relatively minor, participants and their parents should be aware that there is also a risk that the injury or harm could be more serious. While Kai Makana is very concerned with the safety of its participants we all know that those risks will always exist.
