OUTCOME OBJECTIVES. 2.1 CONTRACTOR shall provide the following number of direct service hours from July 1st through June 30th, for each year of the Contract: 2.1.1 Minimum of 13,000 hours of direct services in Year One (1) of the Contract. 2.1.2 Minimum of 13,075 hours of direct services in Year Two (2) of the Contract. 2.1.3 Minimum of 13,160 hours of direct services in Year Three (3) of the Contract.
