Common use of Outage Plan Clause in Contracts

Outage Plan. The parties must maintain a plan for management of Scheduled Outages (“Outage Plan”) that supports the following principles: (a) Scheduled Outages are to be co-ordinated between the parties; (b) the number and duration of Scheduled Outages are to be minimised as far as practicable; and (c) parties must use all reasonable endeavours to accommodate Scheduled Outages in accordance with the Outage Plan.
