Common use of Our Agreement Clause in Contracts

Our Agreement. 2.1 The Service Agreement sets out the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the collection of the Referred Debts and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter hereof but without prejudice to any rights, which have already accrued to either party. 2.2 No variation of or waiver of or amendment to the Service Agreement shall be binding on us unless agreed in writing by a Director on our behalf.
