Other Vice Presidents. At the request of the Vice President & Principal Executive Officer or in his absence or in the event of his inability or refusal to act, any Vice President (in the order designated by the Board of Managers) shall perform the duties of the Vice President & Principal Executive Officer, and when so acting, shall have all the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions upon the Vice President & Principal Executive Officer. Each other Vice President shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board of Managers from time to time may prescribe.   • The Vice-President The Vice President shall have such powers and perform such duties as the Member may from time to time prescribe or as the President may from time to time delegate to him or her. At the request of the President, the Vice President may temporarily act in place of the President. In the case of the death, absence, or inability to act of the President, the Member may designate the Vice President to perform the duties of the President.

  • Vice Presidents The Vice Presidents will, subject to the control of the Member, perform such duties as may be assigned to them by the President and will have the general powers and duties usually vested in the office of vice president of corporations, and will have such other powers and duties as may be prescribed by the Member.
