Other Ventures. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any duty existing at law or in equity, the Members (including the Managing Member) and their respective Affiliates at any time and from time to time may engage in and possess interests in other business ventures of any and every type and description, including other business ventures competitive with, or of the same type and description as, the Company and the Facility Company, independently or with others.
