Common use of Other Ventures Clause in Contracts

Other Ventures. Each of the Members may engage, directly or indirectly, in any other business venture or ventures of any nature and description, independently or with others, and neither the Company nor any of the Members shall have any rights in and to any such business ventures or the income or profits derived therefrom. The provisions of this section shall apply to a Member both during the period of its membership in the Company and after withdrawal from membership in the Company.
