Common use of Other Terminations Clause in Contracts

Other Terminations. In the event of termination of the Executive's employment hereunder for any reason other than those specified in Section 5(a) hereof, the Executive shall not be entitled to any severance pay, benefits continuation or stock option rights contemplated by the foregoing, except as may otherwise be provided under the applicable benefit plans or award agreements relating to the Executive.

Other Terminations. In the event of termination of the Executive's ’s employment hereunder for any reason other than those specified in subsections (b) through (d) of this Section 5(a) hereof9, the Executive shall not be entitled to any severance pay, benefits continuation or stock option rights contemplated by the foregoingforegoing provisions of this Section 9, except as may otherwise be provided under in the applicable benefit plans or award agreements relating to of the Company that cover the Executive.

Other Terminations. In the event of termination of the ------------------ Executive's employment hereunder for any reason other than those specified in subsection (a) through (c) of this Section 5(a) hereof5, the Executive shall not be entitled to any severance pay, pay or benefits continuation or stock option rights contemplated by the foregoing, except as may otherwise be provided under the applicable benefit plans or award agreements relating to the Executive.

In the event of termination of the Executive's employment hereunder under Sections 4(a) (other than Section 4(a)(iv) as noted), 4(d), 4(e) or 4(g) for any reason other than those specified in Section 5(a) hereof, the Executive shall not be entitled to any severance pay, pay or benefits continuation or stock option rights contemplated by the foregoing, except as may otherwise be provided under the applicable benefit plans or award agreements relating to the Executive.

In the event of termination of the Executive's employment hereunder for any reason other than those specified in Section 5(a) hereof, including but not limited to Executive's voluntary termination, the Executive shall not be entitled to any severance pay, benefits continuation or stock option rights contemplated by the foregoing, except as may otherwise be provided under the applicable benefit plans or award agreements relating to the Executive.

In the event of termination of the Executive's employment hereunder for any reason under Sections 4(a) (other than those specified in Section 5(a4(a)(iv) as noted), 4(d) or 4(e) hereof, the Executive shall not be entitled to any severance pay, pay or benefits continuation or stock option rights contemplated by the foregoing, except as may otherwise be provided under the applicable benefit plans or award agreements relating to the Executive.
