Common use of Other Terminations Clause in Contracts

Other Terminations. If Executive’s employment is terminated at any time by the Company other than without Cause or due to Executive’s death or Disability (including a non-renewal of this Agreement) or by Executive without Good Reason, the Company shall not have any other or further obligations to Executive under this Agreement (including any financial obligations) except that Executive shall be entitled to receive the Accrued Obligations and any continuation of benefits required by COBRA or applicable law (for which Executive shall be solely responsible).

Other Terminations. If Upon Executive’s termination of employment is terminated at for any time by the Company reason other than without Cause or due to Executive’s death or Disability (including a non-renewal of this Agreementas set forth in Section 2(a) or by Executive without Good Reasonand Section 2(b), the Company shall not pay to Executive the Accrued Rights and shall have any no other or further obligations to Executive under this Agreement (including any financial obligations) except that Executive Agreement. The foregoing shall be entitled in addition to, and not in lieu of, any and all other rights and remedies which may be available to receive the Accrued Obligations and any continuation of benefits required by COBRA Company under the circumstances, whether at law or applicable law (for which Executive shall be solely responsible)in equity.
