Common use of Other Terminations of Employment Clause in Contracts

Other Terminations of Employment. If Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated voluntarily by Executive (except upon resignation for Good Reason within eighteen months after a Change in Control), for Cause by the Company or due to Executive’s death or disability, then Executive will be entitled to no benefits under this Agreement and will only be eligible for severance benefits in accordance with the Company’s established policies, if any, as then in effect.

Other Terminations of Employment. If the Executive’s 's employment with the Company is terminated voluntarily by Executive terminates on the Expiration Date, or on account of the Executive's (except upon resignation i) death, (ii) Disability, (iii) termination for Good Reason within eighteen months after a Change in Control)Cause, for Cause by or (iv) voluntary termination, the Company or due to Executive’s death or disability, then Executive will be entitled to receive no additional benefits under this Agreement other than those accrued hereunder and will only be eligible for severance benefits in accordance with under the Company’s established policies, if any, as then in effect's employee benefit plans up to the Termination of Employment Date.

If Executive’s 's employment with the Company is terminated voluntarily prior to the Retirement Date, other than for reasons of death or Disability, and such termination is either (i) by Company, other than for Cause, or (ii) by Executive (except upon resignation for Good Reason within eighteen months after a Change in Control), for Cause by the Company or due to Executive’s death or disability, then Executive will be entitled to no benefits under this Agreement and will only be eligible for severance benefits in accordance with the Company’s established policies, if any, as then in effect.Reason:
