Common use of Other Termination of Employment Clause in Contracts

Unless otherwise determined by the Committee at or after grant, in the event that your employment with the Company terminates prior to the end of the Performance Period for any reason other than those listed in Sections 4(a) or 4(b), all of your Performance Units shall terminate and automatically be canceled upon such termination of employment.
