Common use of Other Termination of Employment Clause in Contracts

Other Termination of Employment. In the event that Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated during the Employment Period by the Company for Cause (as provided for in Section 4(a) hereof) or by Executive other than for Good Reason (as provided for in Section 4(b) hereof), the Company shall pay or grant Executive any earned but unpaid salary, bonus, and Options through Executive’s final date of employment with the Company, and the Company shall have no further obligations to Executive.

Other Termination of Employment. In the event that Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated during the Employment Period by the Company for Cause (as provided for in Section 4(a) hereof) or by Executive other than for Good Reason (as provided for in Section 4(b) hereof), the Company shall pay or grant Executive any earned but unpaid salary, bonus, and Options Warrant Shares through Executive’s final date of employment with the Company, and the Company shall have no further obligations to Executive.

Other Termination of Employment. In the event that Executive’s 's employment with the Company is terminated during the Employment Period by the Company for Cause (as provided for in Section 4(a) hereof) or by Executive other than for Good Reason (as provided for in Section 4(b) hereof), the Company shall pay or grant Executive any earned but unpaid salary, bonus, and Options through Executive’s 's final date of employment with the Company, and the Company shall have no further obligations to Executive.

Other Termination of Employment. In the event that the Executive’s 's employment with the Company is terminated during the Employment Period by the Company for Cause (as provided for in Section 4(a) hereof) "cause", or by the Executive other than for Good Reason (as provided for in Section 4(b) hereof)"good reason", the Company shall pay the Executive (or grant Executive his legal representative) any earned but unpaid salary, bonus, salary amounts and Options any un-reimbursed expenses through the Executive’s 's final date of employment with the Company, and the Company shall have no further obligations to the Executive, except under the plans, programs and arrangements described in Section 3(e) hereof in accordance with the terms of such plans.

Other Termination of Employment. In the event that the Executive’s 's employment hereunder terminates due to a Termination for Cause or the Executive terminates employment with the Company is terminated during the Employment Period by the Company for Cause (as provided for in Section 4(a) hereof) or by Executive other than for Good Reason (Reason, Disability, Retirement or death, Accrued Obligations and vested benefits as of the Date of Termination shall be payable in full. No other payments shall be made, or benefits provided, by the Company except for benefits which have already become vested under the terms of employee benefit programs maintained by the Company or its affiliates for its employees generally as provided for in Section 4(b) hereof), the Company shall pay or grant Executive any earned but unpaid salary, bonus, and Options through Executive’s final date of employment with the Company, and the Company shall have no further obligations to Executive10.

Other Termination of Employment. In the event that the Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated during the Employment Period (i) by the Company for Cause “cause” (as provided for in Section 4(a) hereofhereof),or (ii) or by the Executive other than for Good Reason “good reason” (as provided for in Section 4(b) hereof), the Company shall pay the Executive (or grant Executive his legal representative) any earned but unpaid salary, bonus, and Options salary through the Executive’s final date of employment with the Company, and the Company shall have no further obligations to the Executive.

Other Termination of Employment. Other Termination of Employment. Other Termination of Employment. In the event that Executive’s employment with the Company is terminated during the Employment Period by the Company for Cause (as provided for in Section 4(aSection4(a) hereof) or by Executive other than for Good Reason (as provided for in Section 4(bSection4(b) hereof), the Company shall pay or grant Executive any earned but unpaid salary, bonus, and Options through Executive’s final date of employment with the Company, and the Company shall have no further obligations to Executive.
