Common use of Other Tenants Clause in Contracts

Other Tenants. Landlord reserves the absolute right to affect other tenancies in the Building as Landlord shall determine in the exercise of its sole business judgment. Tenant does not rely on the fact, nor does Landlord represent, that any specific tenant or occupant, or the number of tenants or occupants, shall occupy any space in the Building during the Term. Any vacating of premises or cessation of operations by any other tenant(s) in the Building shall not be in any way release Tenant from its obligations under this Lease.
