Other Suppliers. Franchisor will approve other suppliers of non-proprietary items if Franchisee or the supplier request the approval in writing and if the supplier demonstrates to the satisfaction of Franchisor that it is financially capable and can provide Item(s) or service(s) that meet Xxxxxxxxxx's standards and that it is willing and able to protect Xxxxxxxxxx’s proprietary information. Franchisor may charge a reasonable fee to cover its costs in evaluating a proposed supplier. Franchisor will normally make its decision within thirty days after it receives all of the requested information and any requested samples. Franchisor reserves the right to withdraw approval of any supplier whose performance falls below Franchisor's standards.
Other Suppliers. Certain itineraries have baggage restrictions due to either accommodation style or transportation requirements. Please refer to your documentation for full details. Your baggage must be in compliance with the requirements of the other Suppliers.

Other Suppliers. Note: The date of execution of the Strategic Alliance Agreement between the Partner and SciQuest will determine the prioritization within the Alliance Plus group. In the future, SciQuest will use customer preference to order search results with respect to each product within each product category to determine preferred positioning for Partner's products, subject to review by the Board of Governors. Further, SciQuest will not include a price per unit comparison as a default design and any changes to this particular design aspect will be subject to a review by the Board of Governors.
Other Suppliers. (a) This is not an exclusive agreement. Supplier acknowledges that JPMC uses (and reserves the right to continue to use) other suppliers to provide goods, licensed material and services that are similar or related to the Deliverables. Supplier will, to the extent reasonably requested by JPMC, cooperate in good faith and in a timely manner with JPMorgan Chase & Co.’s other suppliers to allow the suppliers to efficiently perform services for JPMorgan Chase & Co. and its customers.
Other Suppliers. RaQualia and its licensees may use any third party manufacturer, other than Aratana’s contracted supplier (i.e., CML) to manufacture the API on behalf of RaQualia and/or its licensees, and upon RaQualia’s request, Aratana shall provide RaQualia and RaQualia’s other licensees in the field of human health (“Other Licensees”) with copies of all API Information and applicable Samples necessary for the manufacture of the API. Notwithstanding the foregoing, RaQualia and its licensees may use Aratana’s contracted supplier in the event RaQualia terminates this Agreement under Section 8.3 or 8.4 or the Supply Agreement under Section 7.3 or 7.4.

Other Suppliers. HMMA reserves the right to authorize other persons, firms, or entities to design, manufacture, and/or supply to HMMA products identical in function and/or similar to those supplied by Supplier hereunder for use on HMMA vehicles.

Supplier will, to the extent reasonably requested by Eargo, cooperate in good faith and in a timely manner with Eargo’s other suppliers to allow the suppliers to efficiently perform services for Eargo.
