OTHER SPECIFIC CONDITIONS. 5.5.1 The Project Promoter shall ensure that the valid and effective Partnership Agreements with all the Project Partners specified in paragraph 1.4 of this Grant Offer are submitted to the Programme Operator not later than 3 months following this contract becomes effective. This provision does not waive the Project Promoter’s obligation to submit to the Programme Operator the Partnership Agreements before their signature and before the Project Contract is signed, so as the Programme Operator can verify their compliance with the relevant provisions of the Regulation. In case the mandatory provisions of the Partnership Agreement are changed before it is concluded, the Project Promoter shall notify the Programme Operator about these changes.
