Other Service Fees. Company shall pay to Bank fees for services, and other items, as stated on and at the time specified in Exhibit B. Bank may charge the Company Account for these amounts. In the event additional services are requested, the parties shall negotiate in good faith for the additional service and payment therefor.
Other Service Fees a. Monthly Service Fee You may charge me a monthly service fee for the use of Xxxx Xxxxx. The amount of the fee is set forth under the Schedule of Service Charges at the end of this Agreement and Disclosure. You will automatically deduct the service fee from my primary checking account beginning 90 days from the date of application unless a different date is agreed to. You will continue to charge my account monthly on the last day of the month (or the next banking day if the due date falls on a weekend or holiday) until the service is discontinued.
Other Service Fees. Each party will charge the other party at its then current standard professional services rates (subject to the discount set forth on Exhibit N) for all other services rendered hereunder, including, without limitation, the Certification training services described in Section 3, if applicable, and the sales and marketing support described in Section 14. The party providing the services will invoice the other party on a monthly basis for such service fees, and the party receiving the services will pay such fees within 30 days of its receipt of the invoice.
Other Service Fees. Other service fees refer to general contracting service fees, training fees, handling fees and other management service fees. The Employer shall pay the Contractor fifty per cent (50%) of the other service fees after the completion of the final settlement of the Jiangsu Rudong Storage Station Project. The remaining portion of the other service fees shall be paid after fulfilling corresponding legal and compliance procedures. The Contractor shall provide documents of proof of work progress to the Employer for each payment. The Employer shall pay the corresponding amount to the Contractor within 30 days after receipt and verification of the relevant documents.
Other Service Fees. Other services can be provided by Manager on an as needed basis. The first use of these services is included as part of this Agreement as “Intro Packet Services” described in Appendix A. Should you require the use of any of these services after the initial use, you will be charged per the attached schedule for each time the service is used. Other Service Fees which consists of service fees, at ACPAS’ ordinary service rates, which do no fall within the scope of this Agreement, but which ACPAS has rendered to the Customer and shall be invoiced in arrears.
Other Service Fees. Any additional services including, but not limited to, the production, and editing of Personal Salon Advertising and other services utilized will be subject to a separate fee paid directly to Avideolink.
