Other Service Charges. Charges described in the Local Terms of Service: Service Charges apply where applicable.
Other Service Charges charges for other services as outlined in the LBTC Tenant Policy Manual and/or reference herein shall be paid by Participant to LSU upon receipt of invoices for same. Other service charges owed to LSU over thirty (30) days past due are a default of this agreement; and
Other Service Charges. For each Migration Service, Knowledge Transfer Service or Third-Party Vendor Service, AIG or the Company, as applicable, shall cause the Recipient to pay to the applicable Provider an amount equal to the Agreed Price for such service.
Other Service Charges. For each Knowledge Transfer Service, Third-Party Vendor Service, Migration Service, Resumed Facility, and Resumed Service, MSS or the Company, as applicable, shall cause the Recipient to pay to the applicable Provider an amount equal to the Agreed Price for such service or facility (such amounts, together with Scheduled Service Charges, “Service Charges”); provided, however, that there shall be no charge for de minimis Knowledge Transfer Services (which, by way of example, includes meetings (without travel by the Provider) or phone calls, in each case of thirty (30) minutes or less in duration).
Other Service Charges. I. During operation period of such project, including but not limited to: 50% of income from advertising space rental fee, diversified operating income etc. will be charged by Party B (diversified leases shall be approved by Party A).
Other Service Charges. Assess existing customer service fee structure and identify other potential areas for service and system charges (shut-down activities, back-flow devices, plan reviews, water and sewer service shut-offs, etc.) and recommend changes, if appropriate. Assessment is to note any resulting increase in liability the City may incur as a result of assessing the fees.
Other Service Charges. Convention Center Surcharge, fuel surcharge fees and administrative fees are included in the above charges. The ticket price is allocated 30% to the meal and 70% to the cruise. Tax exempt groups are required to submit a State of Massachusetts tax exempt letter. The only organizations that are exempt from paying the Massachusetts Convention Center Surcharge are organized school groups or youth groups, both of which must be of high school age or younger.
Other Service Charges. $50 payable by a party causing an adjournment of any scheduled hearing; $100 payable by a party causing a second or addi- tional adjournment of any scheduled hearing; $50 payable by each party for each hearing after the first hearing which is either clerked by the AAA or held in a hearing room provided by the AAA.
Other Service Charges. All Service charges not addressed in this Agreement will be charged in accordance with Company's tariffs or price lists established by Company in the absence of tariffs. Advertising or Publicity: Neither Customer nor Company will use the others party's name, marks or trade names in any publicity, releases or advertisements without first securing the other party's written approval from an authorized representative.
Other Service Charges. For all Service order charges, installation charges, or other charges incident to installation of additional lines, features, or adjustments, you will be charged in accordance with Company’s tariffed rates, price lists, promotional offers or customer service agreements, as appropriate for these items. Company’s tariffed rates or price lists for these items are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
