Other Safety Issues. Either Party may request that specific safety issues be discussed, and the parties will establish a Safety Committee (the “SC”) consisting of an equal number of representatives from each Party, for such purpose. The role of the SC shall be to advise each Party concerning the collection and evaluation of safety data, and to respond to any significant safety issues raised, or requests made, by regulatory authorities.
