Except as expressly authorized under this Agreement, you may not reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble or benchmark test the Product, disclose the evaluation results of the Product, or use, copy, translate, re-distribute, re-transmit, publish, sell, rent, lease, trade, resell, pledge, mortgage, transfer, revise, modify or expand all or any part of the Product without the prior written consent of AXGATE.
