Other Reservations Services Sample Clauses

The "Other Reservations Services" clause defines the scope and terms under which additional reservation-related services, beyond the primary agreement, may be provided. This clause typically outlines what types of supplementary services are available, such as booking for ancillary products, special requests, or third-party arrangements, and may specify any associated fees or conditions. Its core function is to clarify the availability and terms of extra reservation services, ensuring both parties understand what is included and how such services are managed, thereby preventing misunderstandings and disputes.

The electronic costs are either paid by the hotel directly or passed through to the hotel without markup. When these reservations are confirmed over the phone through the central reservations office, a fee of approximately $5.25 per reservation is charged to the hotel.
