Other Required Documents. In addition, Buyer and Seller agree to execute such other instruments and documents as may be reasonably required in order to consummate the transactions contemplated in this Agreement and the exhibits attached hereto; provided, however, that such other instruments and documents are consistent with the terms hereof and thereof and are customarily executed and/or delivered in similar transactions. The obligations set forth in this Paragraph 10(c) of this Agreement shall survive Closing and the delivery of the Special Warranty Deed at Closing.
