Common use of Other Representatives Clause in Contracts

Other Representatives. None of the entities identified as joint bookrunners and joint lead arrangers or syndication agents pursuant to the definition of Other Representative contained herein, shall have any duties or responsibilities hereunder or under any other Loan Document in its capacity as such. Without limiting the foregoing, no Other Representative shall have nor be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any Lender. At any time that any Lender serving as an Other Representative shall have transferred to any other Person (other than 1003003016v2 #895889271003585382v5 8 any of its affiliates) all of its interests in the Loans, such Lender shall be deemed to have concurrently resigned as such Other Representative.
