These matters may include: ⚫ Recruitment and retention strategies ⚫ Staffing ⚫ Workforce development ⚫ Supporting professional development and education. Unless otherwise agreed these joint committees will meet at least three times each calendar year and when requested by either the employer or the Association. 55.2 The parties have agreed to set up a national joint consultation committee as set out in the Appendix which forms part of this agreement.
