Common use of Other Relationships Clause in Contracts

Other Relationships. No relationship created hereunder or under any other Loan Document shall in any way affect the ability of any Credit Party or any of their respective Affiliates to enter into or maintain business relationships with the Borrower or any of its Affiliates beyond the relationships specifically contemplated by this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.

Other Relationships. No relationship created hereunder or under any other Loan Document shall in any way affect the ability of any of the Credit Party or any of their respective Affiliates Parties to enter into or maintain business relationships with either of the Borrower Borrowers or any of its Lender Affiliates beyond the relationships specifically contemplated by this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
