Other Regulatory. Following promptly after any Responsible Officer of the Borrower Representative obtains actual knowledge thereof, a report of all (x) breaches of any Cannabis Authorizations that have had, or would reasonably be expected to have, a Material Adverse Effect and (y) materially adverse correspondence and notices received from any Governmental Authority or stock exchange with respect to any Cannabis Authorizations or any regulatory or other investigations into the Loan Parties’ business practices.
